****Update. Use a little less salt than I did. Use 1 TSP per pound which would of put mine to 4.6 TBSP, I used 6**** mine came out really good but might be salty for some. ******* Time to get ready for Thanksgiving. Today I will be showing you how to dry brine your Turkey then how to smoke it. We start off by rubbing the whole turkey down with salt 24 hours before Use 1 TSP per pound. Next we make a seasoned butter that will go right under the skin. Next its time to inject it then let it take a smoke bath at 275 until internal is 150.
